WE LOVE YOU GRANDPA PEAY

Grandpa Peay will truly be missed around here. After him falling on Monday and hitting his head pretty hard the doctors did all they could do for him. He was in surgery for 4 hours with the doctor trying to stop all of the bleeding in his brain but they just couldn't fix him. They put him on life support and called all the grand kids to come in and say good bye and turn off all of the machines. But grandpa did want to stop fighting he kept breathing on his own until about 7:30 Tuesday night when his brain just couldn't keep his body working any longer Grandpa finally slipped away.
Grandpa loved his grand kids and especially his great grand kids he would always set them on his lap when they were babies and sing all these funny songs to them that would just make them laugh and giggle. His favorite thing to do with any of his grand kids was to go horse back riding I think we all have our own special memories of horse back riding with grandpa. I can't believe he had his last horse back ride just this Saturday and now he is gone. I will always remember his sing and telling stories and the way he would always make everyone feel loved even strangers he would meet any where. He was always talking to everybody whether he new them or not.
The last memory I have of grandpa is giving him a ride home from church on Sunday because grandma had gone home not feeling well but grandpa had stayed because he was just fine. He said he could walk but I said "No we can give you a ride." When we got to his house he said he was sorry we had to go so far out of our way to take him home. I said oh yes grandpa driving down the street is so far away, and then he said good buy and I said see you soon grandpa. But little did I know the next time I would see him would be on life support. We love you grandpa and you will be greatly missed!!!

Whats going on the past 3 months

Lets see what has been going on in life since I last posted. Well Jason turned 31 on valentines day. Oh we had valentines day nothing special!!! Easter came and went. We went camping with Jason's Family to a place called cherry creek it was really fun and relaxing. The kids had a blast riding four wheelers and playing in the sand. Oh and Mckayla learned how to ride her bike with no training wheels, watch out she is a speed demand. Baylee lost her first tooth she was pretty excited. We have been celebrating lots of Birthdays for the month of April the crazy thing is they are all in my family. Now as of yesterday we have one more to add to the month of April. Mckell had her baby yesterday April 28th at 7:50 a little baby boy who they named Parker. So as you can see not much has been going on since my last post but i know I need to be better because this is my way of journaling and obviously I don't do a very good job at journaling.

Kyler's 2nd Birthday

I can't believe it's been two years sense we had this little guy. On the 29th of January he turned 2 years old even though he wasn't supposed to be born until March 11 we are so lucky to have such a healthy strong boy. He has been so much fun especially sense he has started saying a few words lately. He doesn't say much but he is defiantly trying to say more!!! The other day I said say "I love you mom" and he actually tried to say it of coarse it wasn't perfect but I could tell what he was saying.

Catching up on the past

This is one of the first events that has happened since our last post. Jason was able to shoot his once in a life time Buffalo. He was pretty excited and was able to get a pretty good one. That was the first of November.

Then this is Thanksgiving day the kids had a blast making turkey's out of Oreo cookies, candy corns, and Reese's. They turned out so cut and the kids had a blast thanks to aunt Cheri for coming up with this fun little activity. We had Thanksgiving at our house with my side of the family and were able to just stay home all day it was really nice!!!

For family home evening the first Monday after Thanksgiving we took the kids up to see the lights. It was cold but the kids still had a lot of fun!!

This was the night the kids decorated the Christmas tree we always take a picture in front of the Christmas tree with the kids in there pj's after decorating aren't they cute...

This is there Gingerbread house they made this year.

We do the nativity scene every year with Jason family. Baylee was Mary, Mckayla was a angle, and Kyler was the cutiest little shepard I have ever seen.

As you can see the kids had a very nice Christmas and everything went really well that day it was nice.

On the 30th of December my youngest sister Kara got married and Baylee and Mckayla were the cutiest little flower girls I've ever seen. They were so excited to have a dress almost just like Kara's.
